Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after 14:00 (GMT) may be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

United States shipping exclusions: Delivery is available to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa), or APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping costs may vary for remote or non-metropolitan areas within Canada and Australia. Final shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

Tracking Information
Tracking details are sent via email within 24–48 hours after dispatch (excluding weekends and holidays).
