Shipping Policy

At Looped Charms, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below regarding shipping, delivery times, and related conditions.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 14:00 (CET) may be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Australia

We may also ship to additional countries where delivery is supported by our logistics partners, except where restricted by local regulations.

United States shipping exclusions: Delivery is available to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa), or APO/FPO military addresses.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Australia: 4-8 business days

Total delivery time (processing + shipping) is typically: UK/US/CA 3–8 business days, AU 4–9 business days.

Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are sent via email within 24–48 hours after dispatch (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear and may only activate once the shipment reaches the destination country’s carrier.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for additional shipping costs or lost packages.
