Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable) must be included

Proof of purchase is required
Personalised items and hygiene-related products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@loopedcharms.com with your full name, order number, product name, and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Items

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. We may request photos or videos to assess the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
